LWKB - CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to inform you that LWKB GmbH will discontinue its business operations as of 30 April 2026, due to the retirement of its Managing Director, Mr Mastalka.

In preparation for this change, a solution has been established in close cooperation with Menke GmbH to ensure the continued support of your equipment.

LWKB GmbH has been serving its customers since 1972. We would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and the excellent cooperation over the years.
Menke GmbH has many years of experience in the industry and offers comparable machinery and services.

To ensure a seamless transition, Mr Neumann and Mr Liedtke will join Menke GmbH as of 1 May 2026 and will continue to be available as your points of contact.
All technical documentation as well as existing spare parts inventory will be transferred to Menke GmbH to guarantee continuous support.

The current LWKB GmbH email addresses (service@LWKB.de and spareparts@LWKB.de) will remain active for an additional 12 months and will be automatically forwarded.

Shipments addressed to LWKB GmbH up to 30 April will be handled accordingly, with further processing carried out by Menke GmbH.
Spare parts in stock may still be ordered from LWKB GmbH until operations cease, subject to availability.
